Generalissimo Bush and the DRAFT

Is Bush's new call for a bigger Army his way of leaving Draft talk up to others? Already some Defense underling has broached the subject then quickly backed away. The next step will be subtle pressure on the Dem congress to "find the way.....to lead" on raising a larger Army needed to "fight terrorism......before we lose a Chicago". Just watch.
